Flint that clearly states where the Mid-to-Late Archaic Pickwick was found, So. Kentucky or No. Tennessee--judging by some of the flints in the collection Edmonson County, Kentucky--the flints and the catalog numbers from the collection point to that particular area of Kentucky. Length is 3" by 1&9/16", and a 3/8" max thickness in the tie-on area of the hafted knife--that 2500--3500BP hunter did very little stem edge grinding, and he aalso used every trick to get as much blade length as possible, he hardly had enough flint on the edge of the worked flake to fashion a stem (see the flat spot on the stem, it was the outer edge of that starting flake/ preform). Good piece, good material and patina, REAL. Shipping is $8.00, checks, cash, or M.O>s are welcomed. Sorry, I do not use paypal-type services--Roy A.
