Tip salvage after an impact fracture--still a sharp "Arrowhead tip", but the photos should show the flat flake the Mississippian knapper designed--the blade edges show the classic Ft. Ancient serration--a 'good example' even is a middle grade one, found somewhere in either Jackson or Union County, Illinois, where the finder lived. The piece is made of western Illinois's Cobden Flint (Illinois Hornstone), it has the brown patina of weathered Cobden, 1&3/8" by 9/16", and thin. Every detail is guaranteed authentic. Shipping is $8.00, check, cash, or M.O>s welcomed. Sorry, I do not use paypal-type services--Roy A.
