If the true-color pictures don't catch your eye, you either don't care for Uniface Knives (Paleo) or Sonora Flint...nothing more to say on that thought. Length of this Elizabethtown, Kentucky, area Paleo tool is 3&1/8" by 1&7/8"--caliper reads it at 7/16" max thickness along the ridge face in the center of the blade--it's slightly curved as are most Uniface knives. Hopefully photo close ups will show the VERY fine pressure chipping the Paleo hunter made as his cutting edge that loops around the almost burin-like tip; there is more pressure chipping, again very fine, tiny chips on the opposite edge. Color--this is about as 'high color' as Sonora ever gets. The patina, the use polish, every possible detail is guaranteed authentic. The piece comes from the collection of the late Bill Droll, and several years now in my personal collection. Neat, authentic, period. Shipping is $9.00 due to weight & zone charges by USPS. I welcome checks or M.O.s but do not use paypal-type services--Roy A.
