Up for sale is an absolute spectacular specimen of a Paleo era Knife made from beautiful Nellie Chert. This artifact was recovered from Delaware County, Ohio by Roy Plymale. It is very thin and symmetrical in form. The base exhibits heavy basal grinding and thinning. The knife measures in at 4 5/8" long x 1 3/4" wide. The only imperfection is a very minimal ding on one side of the tip, but this barely noticeable and only really noticeable from one side.There are noticeable deposits of mineralization and patina throughout , so rest assured of its authenticity.
