Shipping is included with the price on this south-central Kentucky, Hopewell Celt/Adz---I lean toward it being an Adz based on the flattened side, that's the shape I expect to see on an Adz (whereas a Celt would show 'mirrored bit faces'). As far as Hopewell, that opinion is based on an almost 'carbon copy" I found on a distinctively Hopewell site long years back. A special note here: the granite is still wet, it's been soaking for days to get the glue used to soften enough to pick/ scrub brush off--you can still see the ring of yellowed (old) glue the finder used to mount the piece on a board. I'll try to get more of the glue removed before shipping the piece, but if I don't get it all, well, it'll be YOUR turn--90% is gone, the stubborn pockets are going to take a toothpick (or something similar) to free. After drying the piece is almost identical to what you see--the yellowing from what I take to be "old glue" isn't going anywhere--maybe a soak in WD40, as I've read, will do the trick.
