Only the impact fracture Bakers Creek/ Lowe is actually marked as being an Illinois find, but I've long-learned that some collectors (good intentions) never get around to marking the provenance on their finds--you can assume the other eight are Gibson County, Indiana, but some of those could also be 'Illinois side of the stream' finds. Seventy-five hundred years ago (the snap base Dovetail on the lower left), you moved back-and-forth across a stream to hunt as needed--no state boundaries to concern you. The 2" almost bevel-sharpened hornstone point is another from the same time period. One of the most colorful is a heavily heat tempered (red) Fossil chert stemmed point, Woodland, a Motley or Buck Creek point type. One I consider most interesting is a Broad Base Big Sandy (side notch) Hafted Scraper/ Blunt, basally ground, showing lots of scraping use to the work edge. The 1&3/8" Kirk Stemmed Bifurcate may be the most complete--and best made--some artistry in the way it was made. All are 100% guaranteed authentic. Shipping is $7.00 with checks, cash, or money orders being the ONLY three payment options on my store--Roy A.
