Found in a Webster or Union County, Kentucky, creekbed, a hornstone Elk River with the angled (oblique) flaking--length is a fraction over 2&5/8" due to what measures-out to be a 3/16" impact fracture the final time the Mid Archaic hunter used the piece--I'd think it was more of a projectile than a knife due to the length, but that's my opinion. Once you own it, you decide how you think it was used--absolutely, positively authentic, purchased from the finder ten years back. Shipping comes with the price and payment can be by check or M.O..
