I pay the shipping on this Sangamon County, Illinois, Celt--4&3/16" by slightly under 2" width, a center thickness of 1&3/8". The piece is balanced, well formed with a good bit. The speckled granite shows strong patina. I haven't tried washing the piece so there may be some ground in soil, too. I keep thinking there's some provenance written on the Celt, but I haven't been able to read even one word--maybe it's just inclusions in the granite that resemble letters. Can't say, but authenticity I CAN say; guaranteed authentic in every detail. I welcome payments by check or M.O., but do not use paypal-type payments--Roy A.
