A group of artifacts from a local estate--an obsidian 'arrowhead', a small obsidian flake, and seven painted pottery shards from the southwest part of the United States--the estate gave no indication as to which state the pieces had been found, but being painted that should give some indication. Two are rim shards and a third (slightly larger) shard looks like it was from the same red (with black decoration) pottery vessel. The largest of the seven is 2" across--the volcanic glass (obsidian) point is 1&1/8" in length. Neat pieces that were bagged and included with some local artifacts--wish I had more info to provide, but they're waaaay outside my area of specialty. Shipping is $8.00, checks, cash, or M.O>s welcomed. Sorry, I never-ever use paypal-type services--Roy A.
