This is a rare form of a 3/4 Groove medium-size Axe that is fluted on the poll and the.bottom. This axe was found in Wapello Co., Iowa and comes with a Roy Motley COA. Mr. Motley had seen and owned thousands of authentic axes, and he stated verbally that he's only seen 10-12 authentic axes that were fluted on the bottom and all away around the poll like this one. In addition to the unusual fluting, the axe is made out of highly-desirable green quartz. Finally, this axe is thin enough to display in a normal arrowhead frame. Don't let this one get away!
